I feel like I’d still smell manure caked boots and a tackle box in the trunk of my Camry, but I get the point, the residual odor left of life immersed in tech needs to be contained. I think the late Comedian Paul Mooney did a segment where he described time in history when even television had the decency to go off after a certain time at night. I’m an older millennial, so I can remember TVs with knobs, the color pattern and ring of the TV after shows stopped playing. “Those were the days.”

Yeah, those were the days. Our remote control to turn the TV on and off has been broken for the last few months as I've been procrastinating ordering another. Once it is on, we can change the channel with our Roku remote, but having to get up to turn the TV on and off reminds me of old, simpler times.
